'Pele And Lehua' a block print by Dietrich Varez

The scarlet lehua flowers of the ´ōhi´a tree are frequently associated with volcano goddess Pele, probably because they are the first flower to grow on new lava flows and also because of their fiery red color.

Dietrich Varez personally hand screens and signs each of his brown, monocolor block prints on 80 lb. acid-free bond paper.  Paper size is 18" x 24" with image size slightly smaller.  We'll roll your print in a mailing tube along with the artist's biography.
