'Kumu' a block print by Dietrich Varez

A kumu is anyone who teaches another something, as this man is teaching a child about kalo or taro.  In a typical Hawaiian play on words, kumu is also a red type of kalo.  This print is now available in the small size(p12) slightly different from medium sized M34 (kumu). 

Dietrich Varez personally hand screens and signs each of his brown, monocolor block prints on 80 lb. acid-free bond paper. Paper size is 12"x17.5" with image size smaller. Your print of ‘Kumu’ comes rolled in a tube with Dietrich’s biography.
